Job Description for OT Project Sales Engineer

JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Sales Engineer (OT Project Sales)  
Function: Sales Activity Department: Sales
Level: C2 Date :12/05/2022
Location: Pune Salary For This Role: As per Industry Norms
JOB SUMMARY
Technical Knowledge Required: -
Engineering drawing reading and understanding
Capability to discuss technical requirement for OT of customer & Ability to suggest optimum solutions
Rapid learning of HVAC, OT Clean Room Technology And Turnkey Project. 1). Will be responsible for Lead Generation to order closer for the project orders
2). He/she should be self-motivated for business results
3). Should be able to establish business relationship for a long term with customers.
4) Should be able to understand costing, pricing, commercial and Payment Terms
5). Knowledge about NABH Norm and Doctor Mentality.
Skill / Competencies Require: -
1). Excellent communication skills in English and in vernacular language
2). Target oriented approach
3). Excellent analytical skills for data management and MIS preparation
4). Systematic planning skills for self-monitoring
5) technical sales discussions and negotiation skills
6) Persistence
7). Should be a team player
Areas of Responsibility: -
1). Increase company Project sales as per the plan
2). Add new customer/Application/Territories

Minimum Work Experience Required
1). Minimum Two Year Experience in Medical Equipment sales to Hospital Industry sales.
2). OT Clean Room System Turnkey Project Sales work experience.
Educational Qualification
1). Graduation/Diploma in Technical Background preferably in mechanical engineering.
